QuestGo Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of QuestGo. By creating an account and selecting "Agree & Continue", you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. About QuestGo

QuestGo helps children with homework through guided practice, explanations and feedback, with a parent or guardian controlling the account. QuestGo is currently available by invitation while we refine the product; features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

2. Who may use QuestGo

• You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or guardian of (or an authorised adult for) the child(ren) who will use the account.
• You set up and supervise the account; your child uses QuestGo under your account.

3. Your account and PIN

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your child's PIN confidential, and for activity under your account.
• The child PIN is a convenience gate for the child area, not a substitute for your account password.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to upload;
• upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated material;
• attempt to access other families' data or disrupt the service;
• use QuestGo for anything other than supporting your child's learning.

5. Your content (worksheets and uploads)

• You keep ownership of the worksheets and images you upload. Uploading content to QuestGo does not transfer your copyright or ownership to QuestGo.
• You grant QuestGo a limited licence to store and process your uploads and your child's responses solely to operate and provide the QuestGo service to you, including processing by the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
• QuestGo receives only the rights necessary to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you have the right to upload the content and to allow this processing.

6. AI-generated learning content

• QuestGo uses AI to generate learning activities, explanations and feedback. This content is for learning support and may contain mistakes.
• QuestGo supports but does not replace your child's school, teachers or your own judgement. Please review AI-generated content and do not rely on it as the sole source of truth.

7. Voice features

If you enable voice features, your child's microphone recording is processed to transcribe and assess reading, as described in the Privacy Policy. QuestGo does not store the raw recording after processing.

8. Availability, disclaimers and liability

• QuestGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestGo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service, or your account, where necessary (for example for misuse or to protect the service or other users). You may stop using QuestGo and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Changes to these Terms

We will update the version number when these Terms change materially and, where required, ask you to review and accept the update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
